Information on Mail-in Donations and Pledges

To mail in a check for your donation, please fill out this form. You will then receive an email with the information. Print off that email and mail it in with your check.

To make a pledge, please indicate your total amount pledged, check the pledge box, and indicate the number of installments. We will then send you pledge cards with postage-paid envelopes.
