Adolescent Guide

My name is Kaela Doty and I am excited to be one of the adolescent guides for Hilltop! I am a graduate of Franciscan University, class of 2026, with a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies. As part of my studies, I interned for Hilltop in the fall of 2025, becoming a part of this wonderful community and learning more about the Montessori method. I was most drawn to the aspect of practical life skills, following the natural rhythm of life, while complementing the natural development of a child. I have a certificate in AMI Adolescent Montessori Education through the Montessori Institute of Prague.
